{"id":627,"date":"2025-02-04T17:18:58","date_gmt":"2025-02-04T16:18:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gyne.de\/?p=627"},"modified":"2025-02-04T17:18:58","modified_gmt":"2025-02-04T16:18:58","slug":"auch-das-noch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gyne.de\/auch-das-noch\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8222;Auch das noch\u2026!&#8220;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Eine 54-j\u00e4hrige Patientin (IIG, IIP) stellte sich vor und erhielt die Diagnose Zyste der Bartholin-Dr\u00fcse.<br>Bei der Untersuchung war der h\u00fchnereigro\u00dfe Befund nicht zu \u00fcbersehen (Abb. 1). Die Patientin gab an, dass die Zyste im Verlauf der letzten Monate sp\u00fcrbar an Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zugenommen habe. Sie bat darum mit einer Operation dennoch noch ein paar Wochen zu warten. Sie hatte die Hoffnung, dass \u201eder Tumor\u201c wie er gekommen war auch wieder verschwinden w\u00fcrde. Die Patientin wurde \u00fcber den Befund und den Ursprung der Zyste genauestens aufgekl\u00e4rt, wollte jedoch weiterhin abwarten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Die Patientin stellt sich nach etwa acht Wochen erneut vor. Die Patientin wurde dar\u00fcber aufgekl\u00e4rt, Ihr Kommentar war nur \u201eDas auch noch\u2026!\u201c. Die pathologische Untersuchung best\u00e4tigte die Diagnosen ohne jegliche Malignit\u00e4t. Auch der bakteriologische Abstrich des Zysteninhalts war ohne pathologischen Befund und steril.
